a. For Direct Bookings

  • Cancellations Made 15 Days Before Check-In: Full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations Made 7-14 Days Before Check-In: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In: No refund will be provided.

b. For Third-Party Bookings

  • Cancellations made through third-party platforms (e.g., travel agencies or online booking websites) are subject to the cancellation policies of those platforms.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or if the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date.
  • No refund will be issued for early check-outs.
  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, unless specified otherwise in a special policy.

3. Refund Process

  1. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
  2. Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days of cancellation confirmation. However, bank processing times may vary.
  3. In case of international transactions, exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges may affect the final refund amount.

4. Amendments to Bookings

  • Guests may request changes to their bookings (e.g., change of dates) subject to availability and approval.
  • Amendments requested less than 7 days before check-in will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and the above cancellation terms will apply.

5. Force Majeure Clause

In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions), cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or rescheduling options may be offered based on the circumstances.
